Music Review - Manasara

Nuvvila
The lyrics are amazing with a nice soft beat to them. Krishna Chaitanya’s voice to them is a definite plus. Do listen.

Paravaledu
Beginning of the song is not really grasping like the previous song. The word “Paravaledu” sound a bit awkward. Geetha Madhuri’s voice is always a good for the song. This song might take a couple listens to get attached to, so be a bit patient.

O Picchi Prema
This song questioning Love of its pain has good lyrics. The music is also good, with a bit of moderate beat to it. Ranjith’s voice is little to hoarse in the song. One has to like this song for the lyrics.

Mella Mellaga
This is the first duet in the album. Voices of Krishna Chaitanya and Geetha Madhuri are enjoyable, but not the best combo. It is also the title song; a romantic song, expressing their love to each other. The beat feels to be constant since the beginning. Background music is becoming a bit redundant.

Aakasam Thalavanchali
Woah! Song has a strong start with powerful lyrics of motivation. It is a rebellious one with strong voice and music, but nothing new in the lyrics.

The Ballad of Krishnan Kutty
It seems like a story is being told in this song, so no comments on this piece. It is an interesting story with some remarkable lyrics by Ananth Sriram. However, I must warn you, it is a tragedy, which made it even better.

Music Director, Sekhar Chandra, did a fine job for a new comer, but needs to improve quite a bit. His music, especially the drum beats, is redundant in parts of the song. Although, it couldn’t be pointed out specifically, the music seems to be inspired from previously released music. So, listeners might experience some de-ja-vu feelings when listening to his music.

Bhaskar Batla did an awesome job with the lyrics.
