A new creature besides Satan is introduced in the movie. The movie has the typical noises of a horror movie. However, the big thing it is missing is a scary creature. Basing most of the “scary” scenes on a shadow made the story less appealing. The creepy scenes involving the old lady made up for that.
Performances were amazing. Lorna Raver is really freaky in the movie. In some scenes, Alison Lohman could have done better as her emotions felt a little fake, especially towards the end.
Overall: Not the best horror movie, but good for faint hearts.
