It took him two years to do the movie Khaleja. Now he is making up for all the time lost. Currently he is busy with Sreenu Vaitla’s “Dhookudu”. In December, “3 Rascals”, the remake of “3 Idiots”, will be launched with Shankar as Director. Mahesh plays the role of Aamir Khan in this movie. Moving on, he also signed a movie with Lingusamy named “Veta”.
Besides Dhookudu, both 3 Rascals and Veta are multi-starrers and are being made simultaneously in both Telugu and Tamil. However, Mahesh plays the lead roles in both movies only in Telugu.
Another interesting factor is that after the failure of Khaleja, Lingusamy is trying out the pair of Mahesh-Anushka again. Let us hope that Anushka proves lucky to Mahesh this time around.
Either way we can expect three movies from Mahesh Babu within the span of the next year or two. This is definitely going to be triple treat for all the fans! Finally, all the waiting paying off.
